The SRI Consulting Web Library is an information and communication service. Once you complete this enrollment process and are granted access to the SRI Consulting Web Library, you become an authorized user ("User") or a subscriber ("Subscriber"). You must agree to all of the terms and conditions set out below in this Agreement, and continued acceptance of this Agreement is a condition of being a User or Subscriber.
BY COMPLETING THIS ENROLLMENT PROCESS, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, JUST AS IF YOU HAD SIGNED THIS AGREEMENT. THIS IS A BINDING AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT AND THE OPERATING POLICIES OF THE SRI CONSULTING WEB LIBRARY, PLEASE DO NOT COMPLETE THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS.
Either party can terminate for any reason at any time. If SRI Consulting terminates this Agreement, we will e-mail you at the address you provide on registration, and you will be deemed to have received the message within two hours of transmission. Termination will be effective at that time, so that the assigned User name and password no longer grant access to the Site. You will be responsible for notifying us of any changes to your e-mail and postal mail address.
The entire contents of the Web Library are copyrighted under United States copyright laws. Unless otherwise stated, copyright or similar rights in all material presented, including graphical images, are the property of SRI Consulting.
You are permitted to print or download extracts from these web pages for your personal use only. Any copies of these pages saved to disk or any other medium may only be used for subsequent viewing purposes or to print extracts for personal use. You may not (whether directly or through the use of any software program) create a database in electronic or structured manual form by regularly or systematically downloading and storing all or any part of the pages from this site. No part of the Web Library may be reproduced or transmitted to or stored in any other web site, nor any of its pages or parts thereof be disseminated in any electronic or non electronic format, nor included in any public or private electronic retrieval system without the prior written permission of SRI Consulting. Requests to republish SRI Consulting material for redistribution should be directed to Webmaster@sriconsulting.com.
Each registration is for a single user only, unless otherwise arranged directly with SRI Consulting. To access the Web Library you will be asked to enter your Individual User name and Password. We do not permit any of the following:
If we reasonably believe that a User Name and Password are being used in any of these ways, we reserve the right to cancel access rights immediately without notice, and block access to all users from that computer's IP address or Organization.
The contents of the Web Library are for general information or use purposes only. The contents do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making, or refraining from making any decision. SRI CONSULTING HEREBY EXCLUDES ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE QUALITY, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, COMPLETENESS, PERFORMANCE, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THE WEB SITE OR ANY OF ITS CONTENTS. SRI CONSULTING WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROJECTS, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHER FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEB SITE, OR ANY OF ITS CONTENTS, OR FROM ANY ACTION TAKEN, OR REFRAINED FROM BEING TAKEN, AS A RESULT OF USING THE WEB SITE OR ANY SUCH CONTENTS.

The Web Library may contain certain links that lead to resources located on servers maintained by third parties over whom SRI Consulting has no control. SRI Consulting accepts no responsibility or liability for any of the material housed on those servers.
SRI Consulting reserves the right to add or change the terms of this Agreement. Any changes will be posted to the Agreement and it is your responsibility as a User or a Subscriber to refer to the terms on accessing the service. Changes will become effective within three hours after first posting to the Web Library and you will be deemed to have accepted any change if you continue to access the Site after this time period.
SRI Consulting may send information and product or service offerings from time to time, unless you have indicated on the registration form that you do not wish to receive such material.
SRI Consulting shall have no liability for any interruption or delay in access to the Web Library, regardless of the cause.
This Agreement shall be interpreted and construed in, and governed by the laws of the state of California, United States of America, without reference to conflicts of law principles as applicable to agreements made and wholly performed therein.
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment on the award rendered by the Arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Any arbitration proceeding shall be conducted in San Mateo County, California.
